U.S. Dairy Sustainability Commitment
Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy
Dairy 2020

Join us, and help shape the future of dairy.

Right now, people from across the industry and beyond are doing things that will shape dairy in the coming decade. They are working on innovative projects that increase revenues and cut costs; projects that at the same time help us achieve the U.S. Dairy’s commitment to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 25% by 2020.

The Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy is currently sponsoring 12 projects to help us reach those goals; five are highlighted here to show you what’s possible. Each of these projects will be featured at Dairy 2020, the Innovation Center's booth at the Worldwide Food Expo 2009. The Innovation Center is bringing together experts and innovators to provide you with the stories, case studies and resources to help you make positive changes in your processing business.
